Prices &Terms & Conditions BOOKING Bookings can be done by downloading the Booking Form (in PDF format) from our web site, printing, filling and sending it to the address below. Your booking will be effective when we receive the booking form and the first payment check, and your check is cleared by our bank.  You will then be notified of your confirmation by email. PAYMENTS Payments can be made in a single installment or in three increments. In the Method of Payment section in the booking form, please fill in “all” if you want to pay in a single installment, or fill “3” if you want to pay in three increments. Personal Checks and Money Orders should be payable to “Morningside College”  and marked for “Crossroads Tour.”  The check should be accompanied by the tour booking form. This booking form can be downloaded from our website  in PDF format, printed, and filled in before posting together with the checks to: Crossroads Tours Morningside College  1501 Morningside Ave  Sioux City, IA 51106, USA  A tax-deductible contribution of $200 is included in the price of the tour.  A separate check should be written for the contribution in order to achieve the tax-deductible status. This contribution will be used to support two current archeological projects. (Please see  Crossroads Statement) This check  should be written payable to “Morningside College” and marked for “Contribution for Crossroads Projects.”  Additional contributions are, of course, most welcome.  Payment Increments: 1st down payment: The first 25% of the price (without contribution) needs to be paid three months prior to the beginning date of the trip. This payment makes your booking effective. The non- refundable contribution of $200 needs to be send with this payment as a separate check 2nd payment:  The second 25% of the price (without contribution) needs to be paid two months prior to the beginning date of the trip. Last payment: The  last 50% of the price (without contribution) needs to be paid 1 month prior to the beginning date of the trip.   CANCELLATION and REFUNDS  In the case that you need to cancel your booking, you will be refunded according to cancellation date: - 30 days prior to the beginning date of the trip you will receive a full refund minus  $150 per person for administrative costs, and $200 for the tax-deductible contribution for the Crossroads Projects. -21 days prior to the beginning date of the trip 40 % of the price will be refunded (that is to say only 10 % of the down payment is to be refunded) -14 days prior to beginning date of the trip 40 % of domestic flight costs will be refunded. That will change according to the itinerary of the trip. - After 14 days NO REFUND can be given.  For this reason, we would recommend our participants to purchase travel insurance, including trip cancellation coverage. For insurance options we would recommend you to check:   http://www.worldtravelcenter.com/ - Minimum requirement of paying participants to run a given tour is 15. Unless this number is reached CRT reserve the rights to cancel the tour. In this case all your payments will be refunded. Or if you wish it will be credited for another tour. PRICES: Cost of the tours would change depending on the date, number of paying participants, and the special requests from the scholars. Prices quoted below are only guide lines to give you an idea about  these particular itineraries in 2007 as stated on our web site!  They may change according to the particular requests from the scholars, and the date of the trip. Here we would like to remind that somewhat  higher prices to comparable trips are basically because of the project contribution and extra support and the services of the prominent scholars which you would not find in any other organized tours! (Please see Crossroads Statement!)  All prices are given in US dollars. WAM:  $1050 +$200   = $1250 EAM: $ 1880 + $200  = $2080 NAM:  $1550 + $200 = $1750 Gulet: $2230 + $200   = $2430 D.Lull:  $3570 (Including international flights!!) The prices include: - All the domestic flights, as the itinerary indicates - 4 or 5-star hotel accommodations for double occupancy (including breakfast and dinner) - Transfers from and to airports (Unless otherwise stated!) - All the ground transportation - All the entrances to museums and sites - Guiding throughout the trip - Lectures by prominent scholars - Third-party accident insurance on the ground transportation - 1 free place for each 6 paying participants (for scholars only) - $200 contribution for Crossroads Projects The prices do  NOT include: - lunches and drinks on the included meals except water   - tips  for guide, driver, and hotel personnel - travel and cancellation  insurances - international flight arrangements.
